Quotes: For removals, up to that of a two bedroom apartment,
we would be pleased to estimate this by telephone or by email
However, for a much larger move, we would ask that our representative visit
you property which would allow us to provide you with a comprehensive quotation.
Removal dates
Ideally, a 7 to 14 day notice is required to secure a booking. However,
we can often accommodate a shorter notice period. So please contact our
office for availability.
On the day of the move
Our Crew will arrive with everything they need in their toolkit, which will
enable them to dismantle and reassemble furniture that may not pass through
doorways or narrow hallways. Doors may have to be removed to allow safe
removal of large items of furniture, for example, a settee or sofa bed.
Sash windows may need to be removed to allow the crew to manoeuvre large
items of furniture to ground floor level. All of which they are used to
on a daily basis, so don’t worry.
However, if an item requiring several crew members to move, such as a piano or similar heavy object is part of the consignment, advance notice of this is required.
